Easy to hold and helps strengthen hands and grip strength. 3 or 3lbs doesn't seem like a lot, but is perfect for using through an entire class to target those smaller muscles to help tone and strengthen from the inside out. You can use these behind your knee for extra glute activation, between knees or ankles for proper alignment and a great addition to a variety of other exercises!
